How long would my request take to be completed? 

As soon as we receive all required documentation we'll proceed to attend your request. Every request should be completed no later than 5 business days after submission of required documentation. 

It's been a couple days and no one has replied back to me, what should I do?

We encourage you to check your spam folder as follow-up's or new documentation required request could have been routed there. 

My spam/junk folder is empty and I need urgent assistance

From the support page please fill-out the escalation form so we can further assist you. 

What are the payment methods I can use?

You can easily pay via debit card, credit card, PayPal or cash at retail stores that allow you to. 

When assisting to facilities, what should I not forget to take with me? 

National ID card, otherwise access to facilities will not be authorized.
